The Connecting Power of Dance

Teaching dance deep in the woods of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia was one of the most beautiful times of my life!

I had just given up my glamorous job as a top entertainment TV producer and dancing in those magical woods sparked in me unprecedented levels of creativity.

There I began my dance-teaching career. 

There I founded Dances of the World Society.

Both, lifelong pursuits and both an integral part of my destiny, soul mission, and life purpose.

One of the most meaningful things in that phase of my life was teaching dance to mothers and daughters together! 

As Lauren says in the video, we were all like a family. One extended, happy family!

That is the power of dancing together! It makes us feel happy and connected! 💕
